If you have an annual pass you can use it to get in the park an hour earlier then it regularly opens to everyone. I believe this is going on until April 14th? . You dont have to wait to get another FP when holding one for RSR. I believe it says something along the lines of "You are allowed to hold a FP for radiator springs races and another attraction at the same time". - MissAcroBRAT 201.3 #1606 11:14AM

WOC FP isn't like a real attraction FP and you don't have to follow the rules of waiting 2 hours or for your first FP window to get another. I.E. you can enter DCA and get a WOC FP right after you get a Soarin' one. You can have more than one set of FP in a day at a time (I've had up to 4), you just can't get a FP until either 2 hours after your last one, or when your first FP window is.
