Did a half Marathon today and it goes to show when you slack, gain weight and not train or exercise on a regular basis, it can put a strain on you mentally and physically! So chub33 friends, keep up the exercise and healthy eating. I regret letting myself fall off the wagon and basically have to start from scratch!

I read about so many stars dying young, like Thomas Kinkade, Whitney, Michael. Also people I've known and relatives. Why do I continue to eat bad knowing that it's a step towards a heart attack! I have so much to live for, my kids, grandson, dad, mom, sister, nieces yet Im selfish and don't stop. What will it take! For me to have a heart attack or stroke! I hear you!! I've made so many lifestyle changes but I still have days when I fall back into my old habits. I've been listening to some positive affirmation phrases during my cool down walk, ..."change your thinking, change your habits" type of thing. So far did pretty good today with my food. hope tomorrow ill have the same outcome but we are going to the state fair, OMG!!
