People tend to like pictures they feel they haven't seen before: different angle of the same attraction, or a different view of something very familiar. If you think about it, Disneyland and DCA is not that big of a place, and there are so many people who take pictures - almost every inch of the Parks have been covered - and it's hard to come up with new pictures.
