Flintstones, Scooby, Wait Till Your Father Gets Home, Tom Slick, George of the Jungle, Fat Albert, Josie and the Pussycats, yogi bear, speed buggy, Speed Racer, grape Ape, schoolhouse rock. I remember we had to have our chores done before we could watch.

Isn't it funny how watching cartoons were such a motivator to behave and get chores done? Getting grounded from cartoons was serious business! - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 11:09PM
There are so many I loved at different points in my childhood but 3 stand out. Smurfs were a big deal on Saturday mornings. I would run home for He-Man. But, I would wake up early for Robotech.  - Bassplayerswife  749.2 #270 10:28PM
I was just telling my son how I would hurry home for He-Man. I even had the castle and all the action figures.πŸ˜‚ Right after He-Man finished G.I. Joe came on. Smurfs were a definite early Saturday morning ritual. - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 10:39PM
That's  so funny I was just going to race down and post, the Smurfs and Robotech. At different  points of childhood but great cartoons.  - richiii3  1602.1 #113 11:47PM

i loved looney tunes,  the vintage ones.  with the early-mid 20th century cultural references.  (movie stars, music)  the later ones had bad animation.  loved scooby doo,  the osmonds and jacksons.  those were all sat am.  after school,  for awhile was a replay of the original mickey mouse club.  (that is why i still know how to spell encyclopedia even tho many young people do not know what they are!) - MsTikiMermadam  1331.6 #139 2:44AM
Last?  Crashed early last night and now feel civilized! So many good ones mentioned above! Rocky and Bullwinkle and Underdog were favorites, but #1 is Roadrunner and Wiley Coyote. I laugh til it hurts watching that. πŸ˜‚ - redsoxcarlos  3338.4 #46 4:10AM

Because it's been at least 20years my memory is fuzzy but I remember seeing a huge Babe or Paul in Brainerd MN. I think it also makes an appearance in Fargo?

Paul Banyan  nd Johnny Appleseed were my favorite growing up.  - Fantasmicfan1  4905.1 #28 10:22AM
Johnny Appleseed's "The Lord is Good to Me" is probably my favorite Disney song of all time. Singing it makes me immediately happy and thankful 🍎🍏😊 - WonkyPilgrim  580.9 #369 10:33AM

This is such a well done cartoon! Thurl Ravenscroft may just have the world's most perfect "bass voice" name. I love his "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" (often mistakenly credited to Boris Karloff, who could narrate but apparently couldn't sing πŸ˜„)  - WonkyPilgrim  580.9 #369 10:23AM

The NO AP Club is a club I wish we did not belong to together!

I'm sorry.😿 If it's any consolation, it was really warm here today, in the 90's with high humidity, making it very toasty and sticky.  Does that help?😬 - debbiev  1384.4 #135 9:00PM

6 weeks. It was a beautiful day, in the mid 70's  She was in carrier/stroller. We did baby swap taking our oldest on rides.   But I enjoy the people watching so it was fun. Please note we had AP's at the time so I felt no need to get on a bunch of rides.

5 months! We had a baby carrier and used that way more than the stroller! It was a blast!  - boomom  590.1 #361 1:31PM
⬆️ same exact... I had a 2yo as well... found quiet spots to nurse discreetly.. used the baby center to change him as well as let my daughter use the toddler potties. I had a soft cooler in the stroller basket for bottles and snacks.Β  - HalfCaff  583.4 #367 1:45PM
Haha...same for my now 20 year old son. Born in May, visited in October. I remember worrying a little about the heat as it can be hot that time, but Mother Nature was very cooperative that year. - CVDisneyland  460.3 #499 3:04PM
I'm not sure if I count since I am an AP but my daughter's first trip was when she was a month old! I love all the pictures from the parks I have when she was little! I would always make use of the baby care center on Main Street. There were a few quiet places I would go and sit when she fell asleep in her stroller like the bottom level of hungry bear quick service (which kind of still exists) or even inside the grand hotel's lobby.  - DizneyDee  8.6 #12610 1:34PM
My youngest mini has spent more than a month in the parks and he just turned a year. His first visit was when he was cleared medically at 3 months (preemie) and we have been every 3 months for at least a week since.  - mommalostone  64.5 #4424 10:31PM
We took our son at 6 months old and had a wonderful time! He was either strapped to one of us in a forward carrier or in his stroller and he loved it. We never felt stressed or anything taking him that young, felt easy and fun.  - DisneyDreamer18  213.2 #1884 11:11PM

I'll be 65 in August & I've been with Garry for over half my life. I'm tempted to wish I were 40 again, but I've enjoyed most of my time so far. "And I am not alone while my love is near me, I know it will be so until it's time to go, So come the storms of winter and then the birds in spring again, I have no fear of time! For who knows how my love grows? And who knows where the time goes?" ~Sandy Denny - debbiev  1384.4 #135 10:34PM

I've had the lobster roll at Harbor Galley, which is decent, but nothing like a good New England lobster roll. Don't really like getting the whole thing; too much work.  - redsoxcarlos  3338.4 #46 7:29PM

Do it!  Although it's been a few years down here in San Diego we have had holiday, beach, movie and dinner meet ups. Fond memories of all of them. I miss my SD friends!

aloha!  It's been a bad few days, so I welcome happy questions like this. I read about MW and downloaded it. I had an AP at the time. Didn't even know about the Lounge. About six months later we bought my nephew an AP and I told him to download. He found the Lounge and brought me to it. My quality of life is better with my MW Ohana in it! I hope we both have a great day tomorrow!

Wait times brought me here, the people keep me here 😊 - WonkyPilgrim  580.9 #369 10:02PM

Hello from the parks (trying to type quickly before my battery dies). Β I found out about MW from accidentally overhearing a conversation at my school's library. Β I remember them talking about more than just wait times and that they said that there was a lounge where users can come together and share their love for all things Disney. Β I ended up checking it out and have been using it ever since. Β So basically, not only did the wait times bring me to this app, but the lounge as well. - SorcererD91  4011.9 #41 10:08PM
Hi. πŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ‘‹πŸΌDo you have a backup battery? If not, I think you need to ask Santa for one this year. How wonderful that the people in your school library led you here! You've been so great adding beautiful QC to our lounge. - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 10:20PM
Not with me at the moment, I just turned my phone on silent and put the brightness to the lowest level.  It says I have 1 hr 52 minutes left πŸ˜‚.  And thanks!! 😊 - SorcererD91  4011.9 #41 10:23PM
Gotta conserve every bit of energy possible. Can't wait to see what pictures you take tonight. - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 10:25PM
I have 1 that I like that I took from PTN.  I'm just hoping it turns out well when I export it. - SorcererD91  4011.9 #41 10:39PM
I have faith that it will be amazing! - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 10:57PM
I think I came across the app name while searching sites for our WDW trip. Checked it out and have popped in frequently since. What keeps me here are the great photos that make me feel like I'm there, the funny comments and feeling the magic of the parks thru my phone.  - DisneyMom13  318.1 #847 12:33AM
MW is like a magic window into the parks. Glad to know you kept popping in. 😊 - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 1:04AM
Alrighty, it's time for me to get ready for sleepy time. I loved all the positivity you all shared with us tonight. If anyone else wants to share their story, please do and I'll catch up with you in the morning. Goodnight. - DarthTinkerbell  917.6 #207 1:06AM

I'm sure Disney will change their procedures to ensure this does not happen again. I can't imagine going on vacation, going to watch an outdoor movie/family event and then this nightmare happening. RIP little guy.

I also read there is only no swimming signs. Unfortunately I can see people thinking "Oh that is because there is no lifeguards here" or "they just want to keep the water clean" or " they just want it clear of people so the water looks nice"....who knows. I agree that "beware of alligators" or "danger-no swimming"  are much sterner signs and might not fit in with the Disney fantasy.
