Well, I've been bad. I haven't been watching what I eat enough, and I definitely haven't been exercising enough. But I'm trying to start training for the Tink Half now. I'm addicted to signing up for races now that I've done the Disneyland Half-marathon, so I've signed up for a 10k run/walk (with my dog!) on October 23rd.
