Planning our trip for December. We were going to stay at Paradise Pier again but then decided to see if some of the budget hotels were any good (trying to save some money). Any recommendations? The closer the better... We do like to go back to the room around lunch and rest the poor tired feet. Thanks!

We love the Candy Cane Inn. It's right next to thevpark, about a 10 min walk at the most, plus they have their own shuttle in case you need it. - Diznimom 211.8 #1452 5:04PM

I love watching people at the arrival gate at the airport! It's so sweet to watch people run to each other and all the hugs and kisses... Only 35 more minutes and my Honey gets home from his Army trip! Yay me!

My oldest son enlisted in the Army today! So now I am a PROUD Army Mom as well as Wife! He did so well on the ASVAB that he is going in as Military Intelligence with a Top Secret clearance! I am so proud that I just want to tell everyone I know... And for that matter tell people I don't know! 
