They only put them out for the Halloween party, BTW way worth it and got lots of candy. And it helped me convince the wifey get our AP's for the first time.

When we went to Mickey's Halloween Party, I noticed that it was significantly less crowded, and the party was awesome, so IMO it's worth it to buy the extra tickets!! Have a good trip! :) - LoveDisneyDucklings
