We won a stay in it during the first D23 expo, at that time they told us it was used for contests and special guests, we got to read and sign a book all guests to the suite sign. This reminds me of the time I was a little boy and I won a contest to visit the local Chocolate Factory and I really wanted my Grandpa Joe to come but he was old and lazy and was always in bed with my other Grandparents which still trips me out to this day. Well once I one the contest Lazy Grandpa Joe finally got out of bed and started dancing and signing and was fine within no time. At first I was not sure if it was the chocolate factory he wanted to see or if i was to get out of bed with the other grandparents or just so he had to hear my mom singing that stupid cheer up charlie song that I was always fast forwarded through as a kid ...Or you can just get up and stretch and wear good shoes and stay away from any Sunday costco visits - Dave 8633.4 #2 10:57AM

I wear flip flops all day every day and I'm fine :) if you're not used to being active then just start walking around your neighborhood on a daily basis.
