I'm sorry if this has already been posted. I was wondering what is the most embarrassing thing that happened to you at the DLR?
I haven't had anything too embarrassing but one night I was at the Goofy's play area in Toon Town and was putting my son on the slide. I bent over and backed up to catch him on the way down and I accidentally bounced this poor little girl off my butt! I felt so bad an More...
I left my wife over by the River, closest to Haunted Mansion, so that I could run and use the restroom. When I came back she was looking out over at TS Island, with her back to me obviously. So I walked up and put my arms around her and whispered somethin' like "Hey Babe", and she just caressed my arm. Within 30 seconds, my real wife came up and asked what the hell I was doing... The woman and I both jumped, realizing that she happened to have the same long dark hair and same jacket as my wife, we all laughed a little uncontrollably and eventually went about our day. - TheBudd

Let me begin by saying, I am 4'10" and look young for my age (27). I was in line with my boyfriend for TOT and a kid near me immediately started a conversation with me about his light up glasses. He must have been about 9. From the video room to the line up before getting on, we talked and he asked me questions like my favorite subject in school, etc. and everyone around had a chuckle because he clearly thought I was much younger. Anyway, while in line, he asks, "So... Who's your best friend?" I smiled and pointed at my boyfriend. He gives me a really confused look and says very loudly, "Your dad?!" At that point, everyone in line starts laughing. My boyfriend and I are the same age. I was really embarrassed. I guess I need to wear taller shoes to Disneyland. 😁 - MonteKristal

When you go down the first drop, you are supposed to be descending into his mind and he appears several other places during the ride. Absolutely correct. It was going to be a tunnel walkway thing linking the attractions into one story. The date is the birth year of the imagineer who came up with it minus 200 years I believe. The Haunted Mansion story goes that The pirate Capt. Blood built the mansion for his wife and she made him promise to never go out to sea again. He told her that he had to go one last time and he was gone for a long time. When he finally came back they got into a big argument and he ended up killing her. Not sure if he killed her accidentally or out of rage. Well, he was so distraught over her death that it's rumored he hung himself in the gallery.. This is why there is a ship weathervane and the picture of the ship in the portrait hall, and also obviously the hanging man in the gallery is Capt. Huh. I always heard that the bride's death was caused by her overprotective father. When the sailor was gone at sea, he came in as she was trying on her wedding dress.
