Rumor was that fast passes were only going to work on time on them and not any time after the ticketed time, is this true or are they still good after time?

Hello and welcome! I see you're new! Please take a moment to read through the FAQs. They will answer a lot of your questions. In response to your question though, fastpass return times are being enforced in Walt Disney World. As of right now, they are not being strictly enforced in Disneyland, only encouraged.
