Where is the fastpass machines for RSR and where does the line usually start in the morning?

For all you Disney Visa Rewards holders, I received an email yesterday advertising a special offer for 30% off to card holders at the DLR hotels until 12/24/11. I called this morning to get prices and book a room for the end of October, but was told the offer had to include tickets even though the email made no mention of having to purchase tickets. Android Users: Any tips for getting the most out of your battery while in the parks? I can post times with no problem, but as soon as I access the lounge or try to post a live pic, my battery goes from green to yellow very fast.

I use Advanced Task Killer Free. You can set it up to auto kill apps when the phone goes to sleep, and every so often. Active apps are not affected, and you can create some apps that can stay active all the time if you want. I found that this really helps my battery life, and if all else fails, bring a charger and take a few breaks around the park at outlets. What time does Disneyland really close? Last week I was still in the stores about 12:15AM and it didn't look like anybody was in a hurry to go home. I also wonder about the lines for attractions: Star Tours had a 45 minute wait at 11:45PM and there were still people getting in line. Do they let them all ride or do they cut them off?

They let people in the attraction lines until 11:59p. If your in the line by that time, you get to ride. - SergZak 3125.8 #14 1:37PM

And the stores stay open a hour after the park closes!!!! When star tours was over 2 hour wait we got in line at 11:30 pm... Stood in line for 15 min than left cause we parked in toy story lot and would of had to walk all the way there.... Can anyone explain the crowd index? Is it a projection for the day or does it change through out the day? Does it get lower later in the evening?

It's a projection based on historical attendance for each day. It will not fluctuate throughout the day. - weaver941 403.9 #331 10:52AM

It gives you a snap shot, or peek at the overall park attendance by a percentage. I believe it goes by month and park capacity. They use benchmarks, for example: today it’s an 86 on my app. Which represents summer crowds and high crowd levels. An index of 70 represents less crowds. When they turn you away its at 100% capacity. This is how I view the index. You can still enjoy the park using the wait times and picking out rides that dont have long lines. At a higher percentage you are bumping into everyone and every stroller runs into you. - parkfan2 37.5 #4155 3:35PM

Disney hasnt yet confirmed new bobsleds. Its the same with when Splash closed there was speculation of new logs. Matterhorn is up for a refurb so thats all it could be or it could be new bobsleds. What swingingwake said is what I heard too. There was something wrong with them, I cant remember if it was size or what. - CxD_CM 518.6 #227 2:17PM

Has anybody else looked at DLR on google maps? Isn't it amazing all the back roads there are around and intertwined into the park? You have no idea they're even there when you're at the park. Another great job by Disney!
