Not Disney related but for those of you who don't know...... my good friend in Japan called me a few hours ago to tell me military families are being evacuated and will be returning to the states until further notice. I'm so glad they're coming home and will be safe. Please continue to keep the people of Japan in your thoughts and prayers.

Not Disney related but does anyone know what helps with insomnia? I have been having a hard time falling asleep lately. I guess I have to much on my mind (school work). I just need sleep.
I just read an article that said to make sure you turn off all your lights, tv, radio etc. It said that any outside stimulus interferes with how you sleep and prevents you from obtain I deep sleep. I'm always falling asleep with something on though, I have a irrational fear of not waking up when I sleep. Having the tv or radio on makes me feel like I'm connected that will help me wake up, I know it's strange lol. - Sam241

Yay!! I finally got to get on MouseWait. I've been trying to get on all day but it wouldn't go through. My 11yr. Old daughter saw me sad and told me to delete it and re-add it which is what I did and WALA!! I'm on again. Glad to be back on. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not Disney related but very important. Just got word from our good friends stationed in Japan and things are not looking good. The air quality is so bad now too that people are being asked to stay inside. Please continue to keep the people in Japan and all those affected by it in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.

we spoke with our friend in Tokyo yesterday. Told him we would help him get out of Japan to come to California for a week or so. We are headed to Disneyland this weekend and have plenty of room in our DVC suite. He was thankful but not committal about leaving. I wish he would. Tokyo is 500km or so from the nuclear reactor but it is scary none the less. - CaliCanuck
