Hello ladies, I signed back up for WW last Friday! Ice list all my pregnancy weight but still want to lose an additional 20-30 lbs. this will blow your minds: I'm breastfeeding so I get 47 points a day!! Crazy! Before I was pregnant and on it I think I was at 22 points a day! I don't really know how I'll see results like this but I'm making healthy choices and we shall see!

That seems reasonable considering you are breastfeeding. Just continue to make good choices - 47 points worth of bad food is not going to have the same affect as 47 points of healthy food. I'm sure you are going to do great. - D55CR 245.7 #1069 9:59AM

Awesome! The few weeks of breastfeeding helped me get to less than my pre pregnancy weight. It's amazing how many calories you burn during breastfeeding. It was super strange how fast it came off! I swear it was a combo of breastfeeding and being a total zombie with no sleep. As soon as Élodie started sleeping better at night it stopped coming off! Hey ladies, I wanted to share my new favorite website: skinnytaste.com So far I've tried 3 recipes and they've all been delicious! She gives the nutritional info and ww points and points plus values. So far I've had the baked ziti, chicken Parmesan, and chicken thighs with shallots and red wine vinegarette. YUM!

Well I'm back! I had our daughter on 12/1/12 with an emergency c-section after a normal labor. I started pushing and somehow the umbilical cord was on front of her head and was coming out first. If you are heading Southbound 5 over the grapevine there has been an accident and traffic is down to one lane. The update on the news just said it could be one lane for at least 3 more hours. Traffic is backed up fr miles. If you ate heading south please consider a detour an pack your patience. Just wanted to give a heads up in case any MWers are heading down today!
