04/23 Treadmill - alternating 3.5mph/4.6mph every 2 min. Total of 24min, 191 cal. I was doing C25K, but stalled at 4 weeks when I went to Disneyland. I'm back on Medifast, so I am doing the treadmill at this level every other day for 2 weeks, then I will get back on C25K.
