There is a little known issue with iphones.... Do not replace the factory cable with a knock off. for some odd reason that cable works 10 times better.. I have tried several other cables and they were much slower... Its very odd....My daughters phone would not upgrade and we tried and tried, then i took my factory cable to her system and it worked in less then 5 mins. - GoofyJoe 1864.1 #41 7:06PM
