Hello All! I've got a question that I know one of you will be able to help me out with. My fiancé and I are going to be getting APs next week before we head down to the parks. We are going to order them online, so what I'm wondering is, when we go to the gates will they issue us our pass right there or do we go to City Hall? It's been a while since we've gotten passes and I've kinda forgotten. Th More...
Hello All! I haven't been on MW in way too long, but a lot has been going on to keep me away but I am happy to say we are headed to Disneyland today! Getting ready to make the 6 hour drive down with my family to celebrate my Mom's 50th birthday! So excited! Hope to see some of you this week! Have a great day everyone!
Lunch at Hungry Bear Restaurant! Turkey & Provolone Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries, Fried Chicken Sandwich with Sweet Potatoe Fries, one LARGE sprite and all for $20 after my AP Discount! It's good to be home!
My findings from Walgreens yesterday! Left to right...Wall decals $2.50, gel window clings $2.50 (there's more on the sheet than what's pictured but I couldn't fit the whole thing), and then there's the Mickey & Minnie wall hangs that are completely glittered out lol and they were only $3.99 each! Just thought I'd give a heads up!
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
