I make a pretty mean Artichoke Dip. 1 cup real mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 1 pkg cream of Leek soup mix, 1 clove garlic, 1 can artichoke hearts in water (drained & chopped), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. I met my Best Friend from Australia as a penpal. We were both part of a Hanson fan club (I know....) when we were around 10 years old.
