Here are a few items that are only available during dinner time in the Carthay dinning room upstairs 😊 I don't want to reveal too much😉 The top is the Grilled Quail that is stuffed with prosciutto wrapped peaches, the bottom left will be the Grilled Rib-Eye and the bottom right is the Sautéed northern Halibut 😊 My apologies for all the food spam!

I wasn't a big fan of the quail...I was a lot dryer than I would have liked but that could just be to first day kinks in the kitchen...the prosciutto wrapped peaches were a nice touch with great flavors. The green beans were just ok , I think the could work on something a little more exciting for a veggie dish.....The hallibut was amazing...very lathe piece of fish and cooked perfectly...the sauce it came wih complimented the fish and did not take away from it or too over powering - Dave 8639.3 #2 11:02AM

Here are some Carthay Circle lunch items ^_^ these items can only be ordered in the dinning room. Bacon wrapped shrimp, 8oz angus bacon cheeseburger (only availible during lunch) and Papardelle pasta with house made chicken meatballs. The little cluster in the corner are appetizers. Starting with the top left being the Halibut ceviche, fire cracker duck wings, Carthay House biscuits filled with More...

The biscuts are a taste of heaven..Not what you would thing of when you hear the word biscut..They are more like little donut holes full of cheese, bacon and jalapenos..The dipping sacue for them comes in this apricot cheese sacue that is a nice touch - Dave 8639.3 #2 10:36AM

The firecracker Duck Wings are by far the best wings at the resort...They have a nice kick, light batter and were perfectly cooked and not overdone and moist and juicy in the middle - Dave 8639.3 #2 10:38AM

If you are unable to dine upstairs for dinner I highly recommend trying the delicious appetizers in the lounge! They are absolutely delicious and you do not need a reservation. The whole lobby is the lounge, not just the area by the bar :)

The top left will be the Spanish pimentos stuffed with imported chorizo, next will be the Butchers Plate with cured meats, underneath you will see the warm BBQ pork roll (left) and Duck confit sliders (right). On the bottom left is the Roasted Moroccan lamb meatballs, underneath will be the Ebi Shrimp roll. Across will be the Vietnamese twice cooked beef tacos and the Santa Monica deviled eggs and lastly we have Jumbo asparagus with American Prosciutto :) - SkellyMouse 501.3 #238 9:19AM

It is a restaurant unlike any on restaurant inside the parks and is the sister restaurant of Napa Rose :) its menu celebrates the diverse cultures of California ^_^ - SkellyMouse 501.3 #238 10:12AM

It was great. I had the bacon wrapped shrimp and the chief gave us a few surprises. The shrimp was really good and the sauce was sweet and tasty. He paired with some wine and the flavors just exploded. - GoofyJoe 1864.1 #41 9:10AM
