Yep that's the weekend we will be there for my bday on the 5th as well. My hubby might take a pitstop break for a couple of hours at ESPN zone but I watch football every Saturday, Sunday, Monday and now Thursday. I agree with Captain Jill, I think it would be the best for both kids. they both get one on one time and it sounds like your son truly needs some time with just you guys, I have friends that have a special needs child and one who isn't and they do lots of one on one with each child, you need to do that for your son, so that he feels special. Thanks blue!! Make sure you have visuals though... You want to show her a picture so she can visually represent what comes next. Print out pictures from evert ride in the park, maybe a pic of a bathroom, and a pic of food... So u can also transition to eating, to the hotel, to rides, etc. Preloading her with a visual of what she is going to be doing next is a great wait to maintain structure in a place that is overwhelming for kids with developmental disorders. - michelledork
