So I've read a post that said the prices for military discounted park tickets would go up on Jan 1, 2013. Well my father went to purchase my annual pass yesterday and they quoted him full price. He was shocked. I was (ya lets not go there). So he asked about just one day at Disneyland and quoted him full price again. O.O I called the other MWRs in San Diego and they quoted full price. :/ So I'm j More...
#mymousewaitstory So i don't think i made the deadline, but that's ok. I still want to share my little story. (especially after it took forever to create - stupid fat finger). I just want to say that MW has brought so much happiness in to my life. The friends I have made here, I consider family and you mean more to me than you will ever know.
So here it is: https://vimeo.com/42384529
For Cast Member Appreciation Day, I would like to say THANK YOU to my wonderful friend, Michael. For all that you do as a CM and as a friend. I still can't thank you enough for all that you did to help out my mother on our recent trip. She is still telling everybody she knows that you are a great guy, a nice person, a great friend. Love You and Miss You and THANK YOU!! :)
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
