Tri-tip sliders at the Cove Bar were quite yummy. The Mojo Criollo Sauce on them was amazing! And loved the texture & crunch the crispy onions added. The brioche was the perfect bun for the medium rare, well seasoned tri-tip. $9.99 before AP.
