After waiting patiently at the rope drop and being one of the only ones who listened to the CM and did not take off running, we got on the second train of the day (opened the other line right as we got there so we moved ahead of the runners) and hopped right back in line for ride number two waiting only 5 minutes. It was AWESOME. Definitely worth the long wait for it to be finished. It wasn't even More...
If you've already got the new iPhone update (and hopefully it didn't result in hours of downloading and you phone crashing like mine haha). If you check out the newsstand, you can get Disney Family magazine in it. 😃
Hi everyone. I have a quick question. I won one day hoppers through the Chevron giveaway. I got my tickets in the mail yesterday. I know a family who has had a tough year and I'd like to give them to them to take their little boys for the first time. Can I do that or do we have to use them? We'll obviously go if we can't but it was just weighing on my heart to give this family a little break. Than More...
Just got an email from chevron for their extra mile Take Off To Adventure Game with Disney. It says I won two one day hoppers. I remember the promotion and I'm sure I entered. Praying it's not a scam! Haha
CUTE RAK STORY: My sister and her family just went to Disneyland recently and we were discussing her trip. She told me how the nicest person saw them waiting in the (long) line for WOC, walked up with the amount of tickets needed for their family and handed them to them and said enjoy. They got to sit right in the front. I loved knowing that this is probably someone on this ap(one she had no idea More...
For the AP that is available to northern ca what are the cancelation terms. I can't find them. Can you cancel at any time if need be or is there a fee. And I apologize for the horrible sentence structure the done button isn't allowing me to add in punctuation at this time haha.
We are finishing my daughters room today. Progress so far. Still need to touch up on the castle and then do Tinks silhouette and pixie dust all around the room. The colors are Tink Pink and Fairytale Pink from the Disney line.
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
