My wife and I will be flying into Sna airport to celebrate our ten year anniversary. Can anyone recommend a shuttle or car service to pick up at the airport and bring us to the Disneyland hotel? Thank you for your help MW!
Yes! We just did this last week. We took SNA shuttle. You make reservations on line or you can call (949) 586 4347. It is 8 dollars per person per way. And they will let you schedule a round trip for 16. It was easy to find when you get out of baggage claim just cross the street at the light and go all the way to the end. It says ground transportation and there is a guy in an orange vest. Just say you made a reservation with SNA shuttle and they point you to the right van. There were a few others in the van with us so we did make one or two stops before getting to the hotel, but they were all in the Disneyland area. All in all definitely worth the 8 dollar price. We had to leave straight from the park to catch a flight on the way back to we took a cab just to be safe, but if you aren't in a major hurry I would recommend taking it back too. Again for 8 bucks ya can't beat it! - evilqueensmistress

So I have just booked our flight for my wife and I to visit the park the week of June 10th for our 10 yr anniversary. Two days in the parks with no kids! We are extremely excited. We have never stayed on site before. Which hotel do you prefer, The Grand or Disneyland Hotel?
They are both great. Its a hard choice. I like the grand a little better because of the balcony in the room and the short walking distance but sharirenee makes a great point. Be sure to let the cms know its your anniversary when you book your room, they usually do something extra for special occasions. - Twitterpated

Depends on what you're looking for. The decor of the rooms in the Grand is rather plain to me, it's like many other such hotels, but maybe you like hanging out on the balcony in the morning and proximity to the parks. If you get a park view room, you might be able to watch WOC. You could also book services at the mandara spa for some pampering. Disneyland hotel is special for it's disney magic. The headboard and the pool are fantastic. View-wise, you might be able to see the fireworks, I think. - bluefairy

I've never been in a regular guestroom at pp, only the suites, so I can't comment on the room itself. However, nice views of dca (and WOC). You can walk across the street through the grand to get to dtd and the parks. - bluefairy 627.1 #174 2:12PM
