An interesting thing I never noticed before, but learned from the Dave Smith presentation the other day...the Plaza Pavillion (now home to Jolly Holiday) has two completely different facades. The Main St. side is the white Victorian-ish part on the left and the Adventureland side on the right is part of what is now the Enchanted Tiki Room. Those trees in the middle help disguise the illusion.

Fantastic morning at the parks today! Crowds are practically non-existent, princess meet and greet was 15 minutes, lots of characters out, including this trio. Alice was doing a little hoe-down. ;p

The sails were designed by Park Decorating to conceal the five 7K Synchrolite Searchlights on the Pirates' Roof. If you stand between River Belle Terrace and the River, and look up at the roof over the Gallery, you can see the sails and the searchlights behind them. The lights are painted "Smog Grey". - zombiesix

The Ariel Undersea Adventure ride at WDW is virtually the same, down to the un-dole-whipped hair, but of course the exterior and queue are completely different. I didn't expect the mural to be different as well.

#Tip: I've seen several posts about starting a pressed penny collection, and I thought I would offer a little friendly advice since I have some photo examples. First, choose only pre-1982 pennies. These are made of copper and when pressed, will not have other "silver" metals show through. The examples below are my own. The ones on the left were gathered at WDW last week, made from "good" penn More...
