Well this may not be your style but how about gloves. You'll need your fingers so they'd have to be fingerless but couldn't they work that into a costume for New Orleans Square? Turtle necks aren't a big problem with me. Neither are long sleeves. My ears are gauged but I can take them out for work. My only concern are my hands. Tops of both are done same with the knuckles :-/

My fave memory is from about 5 1/2 years ago. It was the last time my mom was able to go to dland before she passed. It was possibly one of the funnest days.
