This picture is from New Year's Eve '08. That was the year that the winds were so intense that they cancelled the fireworks show. Awful celebration. Hahaha. Anyway, after the let down of the ruined fireworks, Maynard was incredibly nice and spent 20 minutes or so telling us all about extinct attractions inside the Lincoln pre-show. Meeting him made the best of a disappointing evening.
