My Mouserank reset to 0.1 when I logged in after the upgrade. I understand things like this have happened before, but I just want some assurance that this is a glitch that's being handled.

Oh, nevermind. Looks like it already corrected it self. The actual rank is still off, but at least the score is back to normal. - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 4:09AM
Pheew, I wasnt real worried bout it in the first place. If I couldnt sleep tonight, at least I'd have something to blame it on ;) - ToneLoc  457.1 #539 4:12AM

Hey, locals! What are the parks like during the weekdays in early June? Looks like we have two weddings in CA to attend on consecutive weekends. We're thinking about spending a few days during the week in the parks. Is it going to be worth the drive from either Sac or Napa (don't know which one is going to be first, yet) to go that time of the year?.

Schools out so it's usually pretty busy during that time even on the weekdays. I'd say on a 1-5 scale (w/ 5 being Xmas day busy) it's proby a 3 1/2. - Fauna  34.4 #6036 1:52PM
It's relatively busy... - StephiePooh  572.7 #401 1:58PM
I believe Disney's official start of summer is on Memorial day but the parks are busy from May on because states like Texas get out in May. I go twice a week all year and june is busy. - Plumiegirl  10825.2 #11 4:10PM
Thanks for the help, folks. Looks like it's going to be the end of June, now, which probably isn't going to help matters at all. We've made the drive from up there several times in the past, so that's not a problem, and I'm from Florida, so I'm not worried about the heat, either. If the crowds are a 3.5/5, I can deal with that. - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 5:43AM

According to AllEars and confirmed by WDW blog, Disneyworld is planning on opening a new value resort specializing in suites by the end of 2012. It will be built on the site next to the Pop Century Resort that was supposed to the "Golden Years" section of Pop that Disney never finished. The hotel is going to focus on the art of Disney and each wing will have themed rooms based on one of several Di  More...

Here's a little drink recipe for everyone. In WDW there's a piano bar called Jellyrolls. They have drink specials evry night. One night we were there, they were serving a drink called Kool-Aid that tasted exactly like cherry Kool-Aid. When we got home we worked on figuring out the perfect proportions so that we could do it ourselves. We got it just right, and here it is for you (in parts): 1 1/2  More...

Wow sounds pretty good. Thanks for the recipe. - patriciajz  334.4 #816 10:33PM
Oh, I forgot to add, generic cranberry juice cocktail works much better than name brand or organic. - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 10:34PM
It's definitely trouble. I've made coolers full for parties, and it gets sucked down faster than the beer. It tastes so good though. - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 10:38PM

In other OT tech news, Netflix recently said in their blog that they are working on bringing their streaming capabilities that they developed for the iPad to both the iPhone and the iPod. So, Netflix subscribers have that to look forward to, as well. Okay, I'm done with the OT iPhone announcements now.

 thats outstanding! Thanks for sharing!  - Duchess_SMK  6631.6 #23 9:33AM

Yeah, I got my Wii disk a couple weeks ago. I have no idea how they knew I had a Wii, as I don't recall ever telling Netflix or Nintendo, but sure enough, it was sitting in my mailbox after work one day. I already have a Roku player, though, so now I have two streaming devices! - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 11:10AM
I did the trial on xbox 360. I def wouldn't pay for it if it was just that. The selection seems really limited, but changes semi often. I could see it being worth it in addition to the normal service and maybe even on iPhone. - Markandmylady  86.7 #4021 11:48AM

A bit OT here, but Pandora just announced in their blog that when the new iPhone operating system launches this summer, you will be able to stream music in the background while doing other things on your phone. So, if you've always wanted to cruise the MW lounge while jammin' to your favorite Pandora station, that capability is coming soon!

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but Disney recently introduced a new Annual Pass, called the "Premier Passport". It will get you unlimited admission to both Disneyland and Disney World. He's an article on it: http://tinyurl.com/ye5hkj7.

I just downloaded a new iPhone app called Scvngr. It's a free game that allows you to download scavenger hunts created by professionals and indpendent users so that you can interactively explore an area using your phone to find and enter the answers to clues. I thought that it might be a cool thing for a couple of MouseWaiters to use to create a MouseWait hunt through the parks! I'd do it myself  More...

I'd also like to hear admin's opinion on this. On one hand, it gets more info out there. On the other, it could crowd the chat lounge.

Crap, I did it again. This was supposed to be in response to the mousewait lounge link for home use. I need to start paying more attention. - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 7:11AM

Anyone on here live in the Mid-Atlantic states? Just wondering how bad the blizzard was for you last night. We're in North NJ and we didn't see a single snowflake, but I hear South NJ got dumped on pretty bad.

It definitely was pretty bad down there. 30 inches or more in some places. So, am I the only person who uses this chat lounge from this part of the country? If so, I think we might be badly in need of a WDW mousewait. What do you think admin? - Pugmalion  13.2 #220 8:46PM

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how many people on here also post on one or more Disney forums, like DISboards (and/or its evil twin, the UnDISboard) or WDWMagic? If so, how involved are you? Are you just a casual user who skims the board looking for ideas and info, or are you way into it, posting restaurant reviews and trip reports?
