So we are taking our oldest son to Disneyland for his birthday in June since he and all of us as well want to see carsland!! Our baby will be 4 months old at that time is it too young you think to take him there? some people think I'm crazy but I don't think it will be a problem,

Anything younger than 3 months is ridiculous. 4 months is good, at least some vaccinations have been given by then. I just beg you to please keep a hat on the baby's head. I see way to many people with their babies in the sun, with nothing protecting the skin. - Lelundrial 341.3 #429 12:08PM

Kimantha: I had the same dilemma! After my contractions became more intense, I pretty much said, "screw trying to be wonder woman, give me that needle!" I was able to relax and sleep and it only took 15 minutes of pushing the baby out :). So, in my case it did help. - kss4tink 216.8 #1397 9:46PM

Oh brother. I have so SO much to say but I will leave it at this: epidurals serve a good purpose for certain labors. Obviously, not all births are created equal and each family has to do what is right for them during that process. The best thing any mother and her birth partner can do is educate themselves about their options and the pros and cons of each. Birth is beautiful and powerful and regardless of the personal choices a family makes in that process, the goal is a healthy mom and baby. To those that fear or are disgusted by birth, educate yourselves. To those speaking negatively of a mom's birthing goals, do the same. And to those set on a certain outcome, keep an open mind.
