Hi guys! I've been doing some research and was wondering if any of you guys know any place online to find out the value of any Disney antiques? I bought a 1930's "pre Goofy" Dippy Dawg today and was wondering whether it could be worth more than what I paid for it. Even anyone that knows of any collectors could help me out. Thanks! :)
Sorry if this has been posted, but are any D23 members getting tickets for the special event which includes a tour of Walt's Apartment, the Dream Suite and dinner at Club 33? (I think) I'm really starting to wish I was member now!
Does anyone else get absolutely heart broken when a Disney trip is cancelled last minute? I was supposed to be going with my dad next week for our ~annual father daughter trip~ but he just bailed on me all the sudden and I don't wanna drive there alone *siiiigh* 😢
I never met Lacey in person, but I'm very greatful to still have been able to form a friendship with her and lots of others thanks to this app. She was always so cheerful and always did her best with what was handed to her. I'm so happy I was able to have a friend like her, I swear we were soul sisters and I felt like she was always someone I could relate to so it's a given that I'm upset over her More...
For some reason, this thing wouldn't let me upload my video, soo here is the link of my brother playing piano at Coke Corner with I think Mike? I forgot his name but anyway it's cute and my brother was really excited about it. http://tinyurl.com/pianoatDisneyland
I had the most AMAZING day of my life at Disneyland yesterday, everything just turned out to be so perfect that I started crying when we were leaving because I didn't want to go lol. I'm already waiting to go back
I'm driving to Disneyland for the first time tomorrow and it's a 4 hour drive, so I have a question for the NorCal MWers! Which drive do you think would be easier, the 101 or the 5? I'm kinda nervous.
I'm so sad, my little sister has gotten to the age where she doesn't think Disneyland is "cool" anymore. We were going to go on Monday and I already bought her and my brother their tickets and now she's refusing to go because "it's for babies" If my cousin doesn't want it, then it will be up for a RAK, but I'm not guaranteeing anything, I'm just upset and felt I wanted to share.
If I'm doing monthly payments on my AP how does it work when I upgrade? And if I upgrade do I still only pay the price before prices were raised? I'm sorry for asking you guys but I don't have long distance calling and can't call them myself, thanks
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
