The current show in the Golden Horseshoe is based off of the Legends of Frontierland. Those who belong to either Frontierland or Rainbow Ridge can select songs for the talent to sing that are based on their "side".

To add on what secretangetangel said, its the entire park. I've been a couple years in a row now, as a guest, and its worth it. You do get to go in 3 hours prior to the party start, which is sometimes as early as 3pm. Also, the entire family can dress up
The later days of the party do cost more including Halloween night.  It is fun, it is park wide, there are lines to trick or treat all night, special entertainment and fireworks, and you can dress up, about half the crowd does, special photo ops, singing cadavers and Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain are Halloween themed then too.  you can go in 3 hours before the party too. - secretagentangel  1199.8 #105 1:45PM

Wasn't there also another story with Mr. Lincoln arriving late the World's Fair due to the baseball game? Also, the auctioning pirate in POTC now I think used to be a Lincoln AA too. If you look at the face and beard, it kind of looks like Lincoln.
From what I remember, wasn't Mr Lincoln already playing at the park and a second show was made for the Illinois pavillion for the '64 World's Fair, making it the only Disneyland attraction from the Worlds Fair to be playing on both coasts at the same time?  - BaseballMickey_CM  5789.7 #13 12:05AM

That explains it. I remember seeing it at the World's Fair in June 1965, and was a bit confused on it opening here the same time. Also, wasn't while designing Lincoln's face, that the imagineer turned the mask inside out and realized it seemed like the eyes were following him, which then led to DL being the first to have an attraction (Haunted Mansion) with the faces that follow you as you walk by.  design by accident, I always think that is so cool!! - secretagentangel  1199.8 #105 1:17AM
Yep. The illusion is that your mind can't process the light around the negative concaved shape so it compensates by telling you the item is moving instead of the lighting from which you're viewing. Disney actually owns a patent on this design if I recall. - CM_Shadowgamer  2312.8 #46 4:53AM

I remember reading that they do own the patent. It really shows how Walt Disney hired the best people because even when they weren't really trying to design something a certain way they still came up with awesome designs that no one ever thought of!!!!! And thanks Shadowgamer you  always give us the right info and facts to help us learn more! I know you love your job !!!I really envy your working at the park!😍 - secretagentangel  1199.8 #105 3:36PM
Wasn't there also another story with Mr. Lincoln arriving late the World's Fair due to the baseball game? Also, the auctioning pirate in POTC now I think used to be a Lincoln AA too. If you look at the face and beard, it kind of looks like Lincoln.  - BaseballMickey_CM  5789.7 #13 11:38PM
I agree , he does look like Lincoln! - secretagentangel  1199.8 #105 12:52AM

Before you leave for your trip, take long walks around ylur neighborhood and gradually increase the distance every night. Personally, after walking around the parks a lot from taking pictures and pin trading my feet are used to it and I can go hours without any pain
Skechers Go Walks. And take lots of breaks! I enjoy a sit down show or snack/meal quite as often, if not more, than the rides! Also, try sticking to one area at a time rather than going all over. - BriHizzle  374.8 #512 1:06PM
Good excuse to try lots of different snacks! - MabelMouse  99.8 #3354 4:22PM
There's no magic shoe--it depends on your bone structure, gait, and pronation as far as what is going to be the most comfortable.  I don't wear he same shoes for a whole trip--I rotate through double-arch Rainbow flip flops and my two preferred running shoes (Asics Nimbus and Kayano).  It sounds funny, but "training" helps--I definitely find that when I'm running regularly or am on my feet a lot at work/home in the weeks leading up to a trip, then my feet hurt WAY less.  My feet tend to hurt less when I'm active and walking, than when I'm waiting in line on hard cement, so making use of fast passes and early morning rides are a must, then we enjoy shows, cocktails, and take things more leisurely in the evening.   - Spoonful_O_Sugar  507.9 #343 4:50PM
That is really good advice. I have been running but it never fails that I get lazy right before the trip-haha! - crazy4disney07  35.4 #4827 9:01PM

I try and take long walks before our trips and comfy shoes is a must!! I usually rotate shoes and my shoes of choice are Nike or new balance. The new balance are a little more comfy :)  - Equestrian115  212.2 #1684 9:56PM
