My story of how walt has inspired me. This picture is from my freshman year of high school (07-08). I'm the one on the left. Hehe. This trip is when I decided that I wanted to work for the Disney company. It was a wonderful trip that made me want to share the magic with everyone. If it weren't for walt, I wouldn't have been a dreamer and I wouldn't have had this dream to spread the magic to everyo More...
I want to give a shout out to our waiter Roger at Cafe Orleans! He was really nice even though it was crazy busy. He also noticed I graduated & gave me a free dessert and talked to me about college! We gave him a good tip & a compliment at City Hall! Yay Roger! The dessert was delicious! :)
On my way back to Clovis/Fresno from grad nite! Overall I had a great time! I was surrounded by great friends & had a wonderful experience! And one cm made my night by scaring my friends on HM! :) haha :))
Kinda bumbed. I got invited by a cm to ride little mermaid on Tuesday, but I only have two weeks or so left of high school and I have to study for my finals! Big bummer! But I will be visiting the ride shortly after my graduation :)
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
