maybe when a child is asleep, parents can rest too and sit down somewhere until they are refreshed and visit fantasy fair when the kid is awake, still keeping it stroller free.

This makes sense to me. In such a small area, a ton of strollers will very quickly clog that area and make getting around very difficult. This should help with the flow of guests. And parents that are upset, shouldn't be. Having a stroller doesn't entitle you. - DisneyFanZoe 1099.6 #74 9:44AM
