I booked them once because trip advisor had good reviews and they were over booked and sent us to another gross hotel... I was not happy and needless to say I never booked them again. I have been having great luck with lastminutetravel dot com.
Johnny and I almost always walk, and we've stayed farther than that. However, if you do opt for ART, check getawaytoday.com. They sell really discounted ART passes. Instead of $4/day (if I remember correctly) it's $10/week (if I remember correctly). - LittleAprilShowers

We have stayed there a number of times. It is within walking distance, but you may also take the ART bus. It picks up and drops off right out front. It's a clean hotel, but parking can be a nightmare. I suggest the ART bus. If you walk across the street to the super 8 they have an ART bus stop. Use that one to get to the park #8 route I think. And then get on the #16 route back. This way you don't have to wait for multiple stops and you will always be at your destination 1st stop. - GusGus
