When we ate there last month they had a pork belly rissotto that was Delish! Also, can't go wrong with their filet mignon.
They have a Root Beer baked Alaska that was very good. Same with the 31 layer chocolate cake. I liked the Wedge. They will split if you want. Steaks are usually pretty good. I didn't care for their specialty Rib Eye, but that was just me. Seems popular. - DLKenCA  1398.6 #87 4:39PM

When I was little I would always be given 5 bucks to spend while at the park...at that time churros were only a dollar! I would usually spend 3 on churros and the other 2 on who knows! I only remember the yummy churros. Those were the days! Now my three minis love churros and it costs me a ton bc they won't share! But my love for churros lives on and I buy them anyways!

I stayed at the Beach Club. It was our first time and it was great bc you could walk to the back entrance of Epcot or take a short boat ride to Hollywood Studios. Also, great pool!!
During the 3 separate times I've been there, we've stayed both on and off property. I still prefer staying on property because of the Disney hospitality. We've stayed at both Port Orleans Riverside and Coronado Springs. Of the two, we still prefer POR because of its location, near Epcot and HS, and of the quiet atmosphere. Also, the restaurant at the POR is great and is really underrated (they serve prime rib on their menu). On all three trips, we also rented a car. Since CMs get free parking, it didn't take us long to get to the lots, maybe 20 minutes max. I've never experienced the bus system, so I can't answer that. But if you don't want to pay for parking, there's way to get around it. Park hopping is a lot more time consuming than DL/DCA because the parks are so much far apart. For us, we usually took a break between parks. For example, we went to Epcot from their park open to lunch, went back to the hotel to rest, and then went to MK to eat dinner and see the Electrical Parade. But there's ways to park hop without moving your car, like taking the monorails from MK to Epcot by the TTC. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, feel free to DM me. :) - BaseballMickey_CM  5790.5 #13 11:23PM
Thank you so much ! Very helpful !! - MermaidLei  271.6 #1003 12:24AM
We stayed at the animal kingdom lodge in February which isn't very close to any of the parks except for animal kingdom and we took the bus everywhere. The buses were usually on time every 15-20 minutes and really great. However, there were a couple of times it was late or so packed we had to wait for the next one. This didn't bother us but I saw other people getting very upset. I hink it's a bit silly but some people expect things to be a certain way. If you want full control of how and when you get around I recommend a car. But I would always use the bus- I loved chatting with the drivers and other guests on the way in! - LittleMermaidLover  274.8 #964 10:34AM
Thank you so much . - MermaidLei  271.6 #1003 11:57AM
Only been once in 2005. We stayed at Port Orleans. It was a nice mid-price point. The bus service to and from the parks was great.Β  - HalfCaff  374.7 #513 2:40PM
I've gone to WDW a ton of times and I really enjoying staying on property. I've stayed at moderates and values. I really like Pop Century. The bus system is great and it doesn't bother me to wait but can be frustrating for families with tried children when everyone is trying to get back to the hotel. I've rented a car too and for those that stay on property you get free parking at the resorts with the parking pass you get. If you show the pass at the theme park gates when you pull up you can park there for free. I do like taking the car because you are able to explore the other resorts easily and enjoy all that disney properties have to offer. Also staying on property can get you into the parks early (1-2 hours) and can also allow you to stay after the park closes for 1-3 hours. Check the calendars to see which parks have early hours/late hours but almost every day something is open early and another stays open late. Another benefit to renting a car is that you can go to the store to get snacks and food for the hotel and parks. Plus Florida has Disney outlets! - princess77345  8.9 #9590 3:49PM

When you get to WDW they have decorations you can add to them, I have also seen that you can order vinyl stickers to put on them.

You can buy these sleeve type things to put over them. I bought it hoping it would make it more comfortable. Yep didn't work. There are also sliders and these little things that snap into the unused holes. My son bought those and ended up losing one the next day. - Lelundrial  445.7 #417 10:30AM

I felt the same way when I went to WDW last summer. Everything was so familiar, yet so not! For all that WDW had that we don't out here, I must say I would never change our parks-there's something so magical about knowing that ours is the original-and that Walt walked those grounds and made ihis dream a reality. That being said, my family will for sure head back to Florida in a heartbeat bc there'  More...

i remember being at MK for the first time in like 15 years and was walking down main street just like I do here and was kinda in a hurry and had my head down a bit looking at my phone and knowing each curve and way to get in and out of the areas during a parade and I ran into something and looked up an it took me back for a second. I was thinking, wow this really is a lot different - Dave  10887.2 #2 1:02PM
