How much do imagineers get paid?
How old are your daughters? Are they in college? Disney used to have a scholarship program that they would take college kids, help them with housing and have them work in the park and go to school at the same time. Or was it just help them with housing and work at the park... I can't remember the details, but I remember looking into it before. I was too old to do it, but it might work for your girls

Pay is not great at all. And as new hires hourS will be hard to come by unless they have full availability. And even then they cut hours when park attendance is low or weather gets really ugly. - AutopiaMLB=101

Best to use the restroom at Mickey and friends parking lot ( ground level) upon arrival. They are large and usually not crowded. Also the restrooms just outside if the park entrance near the lockers and customer service are usually vacant. Don't wait to get in park and us the mainstreet facilities due to what the poster said. - SCBreeze

October is less crowded than the summer.
I think its kinda busy in october. Last year it was busy! That's when they put up all the Halloween decor, and the haunted mansion gets changed into the nightmare before christmas theme. - Aloha1782

With Disney doing Halloween Time October has been pretty busy. The new fireworks program Halloween Screams! and Ghost Galaxy brings a lot of people to the park.I saw wait times for GG up to 2 hours. - Coaster
