I say no to a lot of things. Samples and food from the food pushers at work. I assume that unless I know who/ when the food/sample was put out - it is likely "suspect" meaning it might have germs on it from others touching it. It's extreme but if I convince myself it might be contaminated it's easier to say no. I also think about how much more I can get on my plate with a different choice. I need
