It was at a recycling plant in Fullerton off Anaheim Blvd. A few of us were down the street from it playing laser tag and we could see the smoke. Technically in California you are supposed to only use babysitters 14 or older, maybe there is some new state law influencing this, or maybe it is the tweens group of kids who seem to go a little overboard during their spring 8th grade graduation trips. For the good teens, kind of a bummer, but it sounds like it is for getting into the park itself, not sure how then would enforce it on the rides.
