The web version is not working well in Internet Explorer - please try it in Firefox or Chrome - IE is really a horrible browser anyway, FF and Chrome are much better. But we will get it fixed in IE shortly. Also, if you are accessing the Lounge on your computer, please make sure you are using this link http://mousewait.com/disneyland/lounge
