I am from Central California. I am happily married with two kids. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. My family and I try to make it out to Disneyland once a year.. We bring grandma, grandpa and uncle Chris. We go for 4 to 5 days.
FBF 2012 my son Evan's (1yrs old) first trip to Disneyland and first set of Mickey ears! We are getting ready to go to leave our hotel and head to the park!! He had a great time. We are planning to take him back this year ..just can't decide when..
Today is my princess Chloe's birthday. She is turning 10yrs old. This photo was taken in May 2007 (we had lunch with the Ariel and the princesses). This was her first trip to Disneyland. She had a blast.
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
