I'm Disney obsessed. Belle is my favorite princess. I'm a pirate at heart. I've been one of the Top 10 scoring Space Rangers of the day. Disneyland's chocolate peanut butter sandwich is to die for. My dream is to dine in Club 33 before I die.
My boyfriend and I are both 24 years old, annual pass holders, and are finally able to get the time off work to experience the Happiest Place on Earth during the this magical Holiday Season for the very first time!!! We will be there this Thursday-Sunday. What are some of the things we must do, see, experience, etc.?? :-)
FINALLY made a MouseWait account. After using this app for years for line time updates, I finally took the plunge. Where have you been all my life?? It's like one giant Disney family comforting me at home while I'm away from my other home
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
