Hi all,
Hoping someone might know the answer to this before I start a long process of phone calls. While at DL three weeks ago, I became suddenly very ill and ended up having emergency surgery and spending 10 days in a random hospital in Anaheim. (We live in Arizona and had to ship our children home; it was awful.) I am now home and at the beginning of a very long recovery process. Unfortunately, More...
Call them ASAP and they will put all passes on a medical hold. Ours have been on hold since July 2011. I call every 3 or 4 months to check on them, and have them annotate in the records that we will eventually get them out. We still aren't done with surgeries and such. We had the monthly plan. So we still had to pay for the remaining payments, but when they come out of hold we will have 8 months no payments. The effective date is when you call. Not when the incident took place. - Sugarbuzz

I know what you meant. When I asked on MW the situation hadn't been brought up yet. We thought we were going to have to just "eat" that money gone. What's the secret to getting on RSR with the shortest wait possible? I'm hearing horror stories of 2-hour lines, and that's just for the FP.
