For those of you wondering about the Genie's tribute to Robin Williams in DCA's Aladdin, here are some photos I found on Tumblr. RIP Robin Williams. Source: http://barkblogs.tumblr.com/post/94705444582

Putting a Starbucks in Disneyland may not have been the most popular idea, but I think it was well executed and looks as if it belongs on Main Street U.S.A. (Photo taken on my last trip)
I like it too.  I enjoyed the charm of the former coffee shop, but the coffee itself wasn't great and it was inconsistently made.  I don't think Starbucks' coffee is the best I've ever had, but it is good and I appreciate their consistency and that they move people through quickly.  They retained most of the charm, and set it up to handle more people efficiently.   - Spoonful_O_Sugar  518.8 #335 9:22PM
While it's nice and good product, I feel the service inside this joint adventure is slow inside the park while the DTD store is very quick no matter how crowded and the product is slightly better there  - Plumiegirl  7743.7 #3 9:04AM
Good to know.  I haven't even had a chance to see the DTD one yet, and I've only been to the in-parks ones a couple times.  - Spoonful_O_Sugar  518.8 #335 2:43PM
Not convinced.  I wish it never changed. Starbucks belongs in DTD, not in the park itself! - msdizmaui  613.3 #273 2:39PM
I don't like Starbucks in the parks. Want it back the original way. - Winnie111286  848.3 #172 1:25PM

Hey everyone! I haven't posted in a while but all of the live photos on here have been helping to keep my sanity for the past year, so first I just want to thank you all for those. Now, I'm happy to say that my annual Disneyland trip is finally approaching and, having experienced all of the attractions more times than I can count, I was curious if any of you had advice on some DL or DCA hidden gem  More...
I dont know if seeing pics helps me or hinders me. Sometimes it feels like I'm seeing an ex that I'm still in love with but he's with another girl. Lol - TrueFromOzLovesDisney  443.5 #420 7:28PM

TiggersAndTinks that changed a month or two ago. They don't do public rides every day, but it doesn't hurt to ask. - HasAnyoneSeenMyGlassSlipper  613.2 #274 3:36PM

Hey everyone! I haven't posted in a while but I'm looking for some opinions/advice about the Disney College Program. I'm currently a sophomore in college and have been very interested in this program for a few years now, however I'm looking for you all to share personal experiences or experiences of people you know in the program. I have read very mixed reviews online, some say it was the expe  More...
BaseballMickey_CM and lostgirl7988 could answer this questions maybe.  - IDVandalSkipperCM  2059.0 #54 5:17PM
Oh okay, thank you! Now I'm hoping that they see this 😁 - MallE  158.3 #2421 6:01PM
I would love to know more, as well. My son has been saying he wants to work for Disney since he was 5 years old! He's a freshman in high school right now, but I know college wil be here before we know it!  - nerdgirl  82.4 #3600 5:57PM
I have a friend who did it and she absolutely loved it.  It didn't ruin the Disney magic for her.  She loved it so much that she continues to work for them on PR stuff every once in a while, while being a full time engineer. - potatohead25  533.7 #323 6:30PM
Just seeing this now...I did the program back in 2011 and have stayed with the Company since. I did the January-August program because it is the longer of the two choices. I was also at CSUF taking a full load of classes at the same time. Since you're a sophomore (the same age I did it),I would wait to either after you graduate or take a semester off because 1, you'll be working almost full time and you will be taking classes at DL also. Overall though I had a great experience. The classes you take give you the opportunity to meet CMs from all over the resort and the chance to network with many of the higher up CMs in management. Also, there are many magical experiences that you can take part in like tours of the Dream Suite, Walt's Apartment and riding Space Mountain with the lights on for a couple hours (these will vary depending on your term). To answer your question about WDW/DL, the WDW program is about 3-4 times larger than DL's because their resort is a lot bigger. If you like a smaller group, I would recommend DL. And no, after working at the park now for 3 years, the magic still lives on. To be honest, you do loose it a little when you first start because the entire operation can be a little overwhelming, but as you continue to interact with guests and watch the park from a different perspective then before, it renews it in you and it keeps going. - BaseballMickey_CM  5882.5 #13 8:28PM

She is upstairs right before you turn right to see the CM for loading instructions. I believe there is a chalk outline to the left of where you can hear her on the same wall. It freaks me out. Did I miss something about an update to the Facebook Trivia? Suddenly it is significantly lower scoring, and the bonus points for speed don't even seem to be added into your final score anymore. For example, the high score today is only 0.43 points, which would have been a nearly impossibly low score in the past. I tried using the search feature but couldn't find anything about this change.
Lounge/Wait times points > FB trivia points - vincentchase1  672.8 #236 3:34PM

I know many of you have APs so this won't apply to you, but I thought I would share for those of you who are like me and make that one coveted trip every year or two. This year I found that going through Costco is a great option (in my case much better than going through Disney, getawaytoday.com, AAA, etc.), I always shy aways from these bundling options in favor of trying to find a better deal on  More...
You did a great job outlining their travel package! I used them to book our trip for November - they were courteous and very professional. They also booked direct flights for us, set us up with ground transportation from the airport and a rental car we pick-up in DTD and return to the airport when we depart! My family is planning a character dining experience for the first time on our next trip. Which character dining experiences have you most enjoyed? (Taking both the food and the characters into consideration) Also, my family members aren't huge breakfast eaters so, although breakfast isn't out of the question, we're leaning more towards lunch or dinner.
