It's in DCA's Animation building. Outside the entrance, they have a schedule of characters that they will teach you to sketch. Pick your favorite character and return a little before that time. It is held in a big room inside the building that is set up like an auditorium. A CM teaches you step by step how to sketch the character. The class is about 15 minutes or so.
