So, how does everyone get over their Disney withdrawals? I have about 10 friends in the park today since we have the week off of school and I am stuck at home, a 7 hour drive away. I'm watching the original Alice in Wonderland, I love the "butter-flies," and am looking at all the stuff from our last trip in December... It only makes it worse to think I can't go again until September at least... He More...
I feel the same sometimes. We wont be going until summer 2012..Waiting for CarsLands. *sigh* Oh! And i love the pansies in the garden when they say, "we don't want your roots in OUR bed!" Where do u live that's 7 hrs? - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

I went through a phase where all I wanted to do was go to Disneyland but now I'm burnt out so 'wuthdrawals' aren't really an issue for me. I was supposed to go this weekend actually but my little brother talked me into Knotts instead. - MuertoM0u53

I don't think, they should change it, that's been there for like ever! I believe Walt made that attraction. - pirategirl17

The dye they put in the water is green, actually. They add it to the waterfall near Big Thunder Mountain, other side of the bridge. We learned this info from a cm late one nite while the park was empty. If u catch it on the day the dye is added the water is neon green its kinda cool - mistressgracey

Thanks everyone! I just started in may when we went to Disneyland for the first time! I live in Canada so I'm hoping to really get into it the next time we go now that I know you can trade with people at the parks. I bought the bulletin board at the dollar store- works pretty good! - arieldonald

In a couple of weeks, my boyfriend and I are going to Disneyland Resort! His FIRST time, we're both 45 and still just big kids. What's the most important thing to make sure he does or sees?I will, of course, make sure he gets the "My First Visit" button!
I didn't know that about the fastpasses! Thanks! And all the reminders to "just have fun"...believe it or not, are perfect! I've been going to DL for 40 years and was thinking about cramming all my experience into one weekend for him. That would have been NO FUN! :) when I have my first churro....I'll relax! And the fireworks!!! My favorite part since I was a kid! - Dareece
