Well this is a tough one to respond to. I'm sorry all this has happened to you and it's unfortunate that you and your kids weren't able to attend the Candlelight showing. I understand where you're coming from and I know this must be very, very frustrating for you. You see, the problem is that none of us on here have the power to change anything that has already happened (at least not that I know of), and complaining on MW is kinda against the rules. Although I know you're upset and understandably needed to get this off your chest, this just isn't the place for it... This is quite the unfortunate situation to be in. You should truly consider writing an email to them or perhaps calling guest services? We can't do much for you here regarding your experience, but empathize with your situation. I apologize that things did not work out for you and your family.. but there's always a bright side to everything - right (: ? I am truly, truly sorry for what has happened. But please... Do not let this upset you and your family during this time. My mother just recently passed on wednesday of a congestive heart failure. She too, was in the icu for a week. I promised her that I would take her to see the holidays and I'm saddened that I cannot do that. Please do not let bad memories ruin the chances you have with your princesses. Hug them, kiss them, and tell them that you love them.
