Anyone going to be at Mickeys Halloween party on Tuesday Oct 15? We are going to be there and would like to meet some mousewaiters. Also is there any MW birthday stuff going on during the day Friday the 18th?
Wait times are next to nothing compared to most busy days in the park. We've been getting on the major rides like Indy star tours etc in 30 to 40 minutes. I am loving this. Don't know how packed it will be later. Well go check into the hotel take a nap and come back. I love Disneyland
Question for the MW family. We usually don't go to DL resort on a holiday weekend because its usually too crowded but we are going to venture for July 4th. Is 10am too late to get to the parks. Is there still a good chance it won't max out that early? I know we should get a hand stamp if we leave so we can get back in even with prem pass. Do fast passes and have a reservation for lunch. Any othe More...
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
