Can someone please provide the start time for the new Frozen Parade?
It's right before the Soundsational parade so figure 5 - 10 minutes before Soundsational and your fine. - Donaldfan_532  229.8 #1453 9:17PM
BaseballMickey_CM posted earlier 3:50 for the 4pm Parade.  - Willierose  1888.2 #62 9:21PM

My family and I will be in the parks tomorrow! I've made reservations to have breakfast with Minnie and Friends at the Plaza Inn. Who are the character that make an appearance?
It varies. Minnie is always there though.  - Katsza  107.7 #3227 8:23PM
We've done this 3 times and while the character lineup is subject to variation, based on personal experience, it's a good bet you'll see aforementioned Minnie, Hook, Tigger, Pooh, Penguins, and the Fairy Godmother,    Also, I recommend requesting an indoor table if possible. - Grindcore  450.6 #403 8:42PM
We have yet to see the Penguins and the Godmother. We saw Chip and Dale both times. - Lelundrial  439.3 #417 9:13PM

Can someone explain the monorail to me. I've never been on it nor do I know where the entrance and exit points are. I know, I'm a loser for not knowing.
Loser! I mean.... The stations are above the nemo subs in Tomorrowland and DTD. And I believe the DL hotel station is no longer  - philliprocks  727.1 #200 4:26PM
yes, the DD station is a little bit away from the walkway to Disneyland hotel, wish it still went there.  you can take the monorail from DD to the parks since they check your bags and ticket there so check MW if it seems like the trams are packed, walk across the lot and get on the monorail instead.  and I have found the worst time to ride the one from tomorrowland is right after fireworks till closing, lines can be 40 minutes long as people are trying to go back to their hotel. - secretagentangel  1198.2 #103 7:15PM
There is two stations. First one is in Downtown Disney and the second is in TomorowLand. Te monorail it a futuristic transport system that has been with Disney, since around 1959-1961. Guest can use it to get in and out of the parks without having to return to the station they originally boarded. It's a cool thing and has been around for a long time. I used it recently to get in out of the park while staying at the Disneyland hotel. It was intrentially intended for guests to get around with our walking. Please enjoy this and it is a great way to get around the park and get a different view of Disneyland. Sorry for long post but I hope it helps!:)  - Disneypirategirl  39.2 #4630 4:30PM
It's the highway in the sky over DL and DCA, that takes you from Downtown Disney to Tomorrowland in the most magical way! ✨ - Sweet_Irish_Cream  3636.4 #24 9:15PM

With the crowds being so big I thought if ask, What's the longest you've waited or will wait for a ride during the holidays?
The day Rocket Rods opened in 1995 in the "New" Tomorrowland, I waited about four hours. I won't do that today, but that was a new ride, and wanted to be able to say I rode it on its first day. - redsoxcarlos  810.2 #177 11:22AM
Mine is the same as this! We waited about four or five hours because it kept breaking down. Finally got on though!  - KylaShea  625.8 #257 8:53AM
For us it was like five hours for Rocket Rods. The line was down Main Street.  - Midasgold  539.6 #310 9:19AM
I once waited 90 minutes for space mountain when it was updated with the red hot chili peppers 😊 - CinderellE-79  890.7 #157 12:46AM
I waited close to 120 for that one. Worth it! 😊😊 - sarahnimal  223.6 #1525 2:41AM

I think we waited 3 hours when Nemo opened. We didn't go on opening day but a couple days later. We don't usually do more then 2 hours and that has to be something special. An hour and a half is our absolute max and isn't common. We'll pass if it's too long. - Autoalice  156.6 #2440 4:39PM

Question? What's the longest distance (miles or time) that you traveled for a one day trip to the parks? Mine was 253 miles, 3hours and 48 mins.
Left Oakland at midnight on the Megabus arrived in LA at 6:30 AM, took the express bus got to Disneyland at 8:45 AM. Played all day in the Parks till 9:00 PM got back on bus to LA , back on Megabus to Oakland. Round trip 748 miles . Cost $1 each way on Megabus and $2.90 each way on bus from LA to Disneyland. - Goofygirlie  197.4 #1874 10:37AM
What the heck is the Megabus? Sunds like a deal! - MeridaFan  3185.4 #27 5:47PM
Yes, please enlighten us on this Megabus!! - MissMolly  1164.2 #107 6:06PM
My husband and daughter looked it up. sounds like a pretty good deal. Goes from big city to big city. Regular price Oakland to LA is $35 each way. But then some trips are just $1. Even $35 is good. - MeridaFan  3185.4 #27 6:10PM
Is that the bus the started last year and your first trip was $1.00? - piratelife4me  662.8 #233 6:14PM
That's a great deal! Wonder what the busses are like 😁. I'm still waiting for that bullet train from sf to LA....aaaaaany day now ;) - MissMolly  1164.2 #107 6:28PM

We don't either! Go big or go home. We have drove 1000 miles in 17 hours with 3 teenagers. When it is just us 2 we fly and it's 2 hours. But our shortest trip in 3 days in the park - dimplesdanie  1236.9 #97 10:02AM
Yup, go big or go home! Hey, if you're already there, might as well stay a few more days! - chhunkie  306.3 #753 1:20PM
Us too! We are usually there for at least 3 or 4 days... We live in New Mexico so for us its a long 9 almost 10 hour trip! - MissJenJen  17.7 #6565 1:40PM
It really only makes sense to spend more days at the park if you're traveling from afar :) - chhunkie  306.3 #753 1:49PM
Not sure if I could count the following as miles but I one set out to go to Gilroy from Fresno ended up in Monterey on a17 mile drive and on the way home decided 5 miles past to jump on the 5 and head to Disneyland for the day (@1a.m.). Then when the day was over drove home but while I'm Castaic saw a post from Dave and realized dang I should have done that, turned back 11/2 hours and stayed for two more days. Forgot to tally the miles. *whew - 559MickeyLover  296.7 #806 5:59PM
You know how to live! 😂😂😂 - MeridaFan  3185.4 #27 6:01PM
No one day trips here either, but we got up around 3 am one day last July and drove down to Anaheim. ~300 miles. Arrived by 10:00 a.m. Played all day in the parks and stayed past the fireworks show, too. Back to our hotel around 10 pm. That was a long (though, fun) day! Then up, for 7:00 a.m. Magic Morning to next day. - MeridaFan  3185.4 #27 6:00PM

Ok MWer's. This dad is looking to take his 2.5 year old on a Daddy/Daughter trip tomorrow. A little nervous to be in the parks without my wife for the first time, but excited about the great time we will have. Any advise. Oh and we have a 4 hour drive.
Write your cell phone number and name on her tummy with a sharpie just in case you somehow get separated (has never happened with me) and take a pic of her with your phone so you have a current pic in the clothes she is wearing that day. By NO means am I saying you are irresponsible and will let anything happen to your mini, I just know those little rascals are quick and have their own agenda at times, LOL. Plus the parks have been super busy. It's better to be prepared and not need it. Also, take breaks with her and stay hydrated. Find spots with a/c just take the day slow. You'll have a blast! - CM_Tamstirr  537.3 #313 9:50AM
This. I saw a woman have her phone number in huge numbers on her toddler daughter... It isn't uncommon. - missmimi90  1363.3 #89 9:53AM
I did it to my 6 year old son when he went to an MLB game with my husband. He is too little to remember a phone number but he could remember to show anyone with a name tag his tummy and say he's lost. - CM_Tamstirr  537.3 #313 10:25AM
Great advice CM-Tamstirrr! - BombFrogCM  640.5 #247 10:48AM
They have family bathrooms so you don't need to bring her into a men's room. Have fun! - missmimi90  1363.3 #89 9:46AM

😂😂😂, missmimi. - MeridaFan  3185.4 #27 10:27AM
I have seen several gues write their phone number on bottons and I thought that was an awesome idea. My daughter loves playin in the water at Bugsland. Keep hydrated an tons of sunblock. Oh and she loved Turtle Talk lol - CM_DumboLuvr  26.8 #5375 12:00PM
If written with a sharpie on the skin it won't wash off easily. I had to use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to get it off my son. My only fear with a button is it could fall off or be removed easily. - CM_Tamstirr  537.3 #313 3:07PM

Looking to take my wife down on Wednesday to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. What are some special things to do?
Stop by City Hall and get you and your wife a "happy anniversary" button! Maybe get a caricature done in NOS? those are always fun! When my parents went for their anniversary, they did fantasyland together and loved it, so maybe a few rides there? Peter Pan, Dumbo and Storybookland are some good ones for couples :) Hope you and your wife have a great time and happy anniversary! 💍 - PrincessMacyCM  535.5 #316 3:40PM
