Hello fellow MWers! I've never done a RAK on here I'm trying to figure out how to go about it. I have a 1day 1 park ticket that was given to me for doing the Tinkerbell Half in January. Needless to say I'm a passholder & have had no use for it. It's coming to it's expiration date(Dec 16, 2013). Had a fried that had plans to visit with me this coming Saturday but doesn't seem he'll be able to make More...
Not only did I get a great view/shots of the fireworks yesterday I also was privileged enough to see such an amazing sunset from Paradise Pier. My day was made after seeing this, the view of the fireworks was just the cherry on top!
After a very long 2 months of being busy, I FINALLY got a day to myself & did things my way. I'm very pleased that I decided to trek to Disneyland, for the first time ever by myself. I couldn't be more pleased with doing that. I waited a dreaded hour & 30mins standing on my feet because I'd never stood directly up front for the fireworks show. Every bit of that standing & getting tired was well wo More...
Hello MouseWaiters, this is my first doing this in any of my fundraising efforts.
I'll be participating in my local Light The Night walk in honor of my Grandpa, who passed away last month, with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, if you can find it in your means to help me & my family with out fundraising efforts or even just take the time to view the fundraising page, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Sooo excited for my FIRST EVER Mickeys Halloween Party!!! Still bummed the Friday we wanted sold out before we could get the tickets though. It's almost been 2months since being at Disneyland. Last month was so rough, emotionally, I just need a day there to cheer me up so badly right about now. Hopefully I'll get there soon!
Monday morning one of my dreams became a reality!!! As part of one of our surprises on our Tour of The Main Street Windows, at the very end VP Jon told us we'd get to into Walts apartment. Words couldn't even explain how happy this made me!!!!
DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE AT DISNEYLAND!!!
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
