#RAK time!!! My AP expired, but not my love for Disney!!! I'm so blessed to have made so many lifelong friends here on MW😍 Even though we don't get to see each other as often as I wish, you all mean the world to me!!! Thank you for virtual hugs and supportive posts that make hard days easier😊. Even though I can't be there in person, you always make me feel included. So, in honor of those (an More...
So I finished my drawing today, and even though it's pretty packed at the parks today, I'm still heading over solo. Mostly to do my in park RAK of my Cinderella drawing! I'll post when I get there. Hopefully I won't have any issues with MW when I'm there. I seem to have phone coverage issues when the parks are really busy.
Calling all MWers in the park tonight! I'm doing an in park RAK of my drawing tonight and no one has found me yet. I'm at the Plaza Inn waiting for the fireworks show. I'm wearing a blue Dodgers hoodie and a Darth Vader Mickey ears beenie. Come find me and it's yours!
A personal favorite is the beautifully hand crafted music box
A fun video from 2013, the story behind the music box with Clopin, Figaro and the even watch the Tangled Tower being put into the Fantasy Faire:
Of course, no trip to the Fantasy Faire would be complete without a visit to the Royal Hall. Loved this artist rendition, that's just how my girls are when they enter the Hall. ::sigh::
Took this next part directly from Disney Parks Blog:
“After walking into our main entrance, you will first go through a garden-like setting before entering the reception hall,” said Michel Den Dulk, Creative Director of Fantasy Faire for Walt Disney Imagineering. “Once inside the Royal Hall, guests will discover a beautiful gothic interior with nice wallpaper, wall cresting, wood finishes and chandeliers.”
Passing through a series of spaces, including the Grand Hall, you’ll have the opportunity to meet as many as three Disney princesses, from classic stories such as “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty.”
Dont forget to grab a sweet treat from Maurice's Treats! At the time, (isn't there more now?) the adorable cart featured 3 “Twists” and a new signature beverage: Boysen Apple Freeze.
In a tribute to the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, a shield over the archway leading from Fantasy Faire to Rancho del Zocalo in Frontierland displays the letters “CPG.”
