If you are celebrating something really special, I would recommend The Napa Rose in the Grand California Hotel, it's not cheap, but was the best way to celebrate my recent 45th birthday. Then we digested while watching World of Color at DCA. The diver's scallops were to die for!!! I start drooling just thinking about them.

Tasters grill by soaring has bar b que ribs,burgers and some delicious onion rings, eating at floes you get a great selection of classic americana food and by paraside pier which is my favorite you can get pasta (five cheese raviola with pesto sauce is our favorite) pizza salads and kaboobs next door and has one of the best outdoor seating and if you eat in the evening you might get treated to a band playing - pikarich 606.0 #180 11:52AM

They changed the menu!!!! No more ribs!! and they changed what is on the burgers, putting more chipotle like TomorrowlandTerrace,wasn't crazy about it. Most of the same condiments are there but they took some out, changed the pickles(oh no, I know some of you love their pickles)added chiles, peppers and it seems more of a spicy influence. The fries seem the same but not really sure on that, they were a bit old when I was there Sunday. The CM said they might add ribs to another place there in DCA since they were super popular. No sure if they have the chili cheese fries as I wasn't looking for that but the menu is quite a bit smaller. Carthay circle is a must but pricey. Not a big fan of house of blues. My wife and I enjoyed the storytellers cafe breakfast buffet. It was an expensive buffet but a fun atmosphere and the food was good. - okmikeguy 64.5 #3491 2:07PM

One of our favorite things was renting the mini speed boats at the Magic Kingdom resorts. You can really explore the area and that we're a blast, and not that expensive.

Tried the French toast, but found it way too sweet, but the fruit & muffin plate was great, especially when you dip the fruit in the Carmel sauce on the French toast.
